The 8-lb. maniac

More tails (ha, get it?) of Frosty the fruitcake.  I feel like every time we walk in on him, he's like, "What...I have no idea what you're talking about."  He can leap like a deer and he thinks like a dodo bird.

I was walking into my bedroom and look - an alien on my dresser...
I could understand if I kept Pop-Tarts or corn curls up there - I think we'd all jump on a dresser for those, but this dresser was free and clear.

The leaper jumped and pulled half of a sandwich from the kitchen table...

Just this very morning (bill paying day at the Russo's), I left a chair pulled out of the dining room table - whoops...

Yes, Annabelle, we totally understand...

But boy, oh boy, does he LOVE his dad!

I loveloveloved this post! :) Your dogs are super cute--- is that a maltipoo? The white one looks like a poodle, except for the facial features. That part and the tail looks like a maltese, like my Freddy. I love animal photos!

Dear Pup-Master,
We have a miniature poodle pup so I know exactly how you feel... He too thinks he's a cat and jumps up an everything!!! I didn't know we were gaining another child when we got him!

Love,
He's A Keeper in NE

Very cute dogs! My cat has a tendency to drag her toys into my bed after I am asleep, waking me to play, then leaving after about 5 minutes.

Our cat ends up in spots like that.

Do you want to teach your dog not to grab food off the table? The Shaker Can!!

Get an empty pop can and put 15 pennies in it. Cover the hole with duct tape. Using yarn or some other kind of string, maybe two feet long or so, attach it to the can (Duct tape works well). Tie the string to some irresistible people food, like a bagel with peanut butter on it.

Put that food in sight of the dog on the table and leave the room, but if you want to see the reaction stay close by, but for sure you will hear it! Oh my!! LOL And just to make sure he would not grab food off the counter, we tied a piece of pizza to the can. Silly dog.... he went after it.

We have not had him grab food like that again. But some times if we put something extra tasty on the table, we've set the can nearby, not tied up or anything and he's left it alone.
